WHAT IS QEYYA?
Qeyya is a traditional non-invasive self care used by women from all across the globe, which was and still is used to aid a multitude of health issues. Qeyya, pronounced 'Qei-yah' is also known as womb steaming. The benefits of womb steaming are many as I will discuss later.
Womb steaming is also an ancient therapy used by women all across the globe for many womb imbalances. From menarche to menopause women with or without womb, will tremendously benefit from this non-invasive healing modality. Womb-steaming is when a women sits over a pot or stool with herbs and water that have been boiled and cooled to your liking for about 15-30 mins. As she sits over the stool the properties of the herbs are carried by the steam entering the womb space and cleaning of all matters and bringing circulation and warmth for optimal healing.
